Cancellation Policy - Registration

Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the MTM 2025 Registration Secretariat (Falcon MICE) via e-mail to secretariat@imtmc.tr

Cancellations received before or on September 6, 2025 - an administrative fee of 20 Euro will be applied.
Cancellations received on or after September 7, 2025 - no refund

Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of MTM 2025, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
