How to submit your abstract?

Open the abstract submission module:

Please have the following information ready before you begin:

For the presenting author:

Full first and family name, - Department and affiliation, - Full postal address, - City and country, - E-mail address, - Phone number,

For each of the co-authors:

Full first and family name, - Department and affiliation, - City and country, E-mail address

• Please click "SIGN UP"
• Please fill the required information on the page and click "SIGN UP" button
• Click on "Create Abstract" from the main top menu.
• Fill the Abstract Information and select the appropriate category for your abstract and click “CONTINUE” Button.
• Fill the Authors information and click "CONTINUE" Button.
• Fill the Institution information and click "CONTINUE" Button.
• Fill the Presenter information and click "CONTINUE" Button.
• Please type your Abstract Text and click "CONTINUE" Button.
• Please type your Keywords and click "CONTINUE" Button.
• Please upload it in PDF or word format referring template.
• Click on the “SEND TO SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE” button to complete your submission.

MTM 2025 complies with the Associate Professorship Criteria.

BEST POSTER AWARD

The Best Poster Award is given to the ONE best poster presented at the conference. Jury will select the best poster from the conference participants. The best poster winner will be recognized publicly at the end of the conference. The winner will receive a plaque.

PUBLICATIONS

The selected oral presentations will be published in special issues (for MTM2025) of the following three journals:
- Archives of Metallurgy and Materials (SCI-E) - 10 papers
- European Mechanical Science (Tr-Dizin, EBSCO) - 10 papers
- ITU Journal of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering - 15 papers

SEZERSEM AWARD CONTEST

SEZERSEM award will be given to the scanning electron microscope image to honour the memory of our beloved and esteemed friend H. Hüseyin Sezer.
